When the project accomplished and passes to the customer to use, we will offer one month guarantee period, in this period we will deal with the products problem (except other problem), after this period it will enter our guarantee period.
When the customer chooses our products, we visit the customer occasionally or on schedule, to collect the opinion and to solve the problem on time.
